    Title: Part-time Administrator Salary: £14,000 pro-rata

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Part-time Administrator to join a leading organisation based in North Leeds. Working in a busy environment this role involves providing administrative support and the processing of applications. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced administrator who is looking to work part-time hours.

    The Role:
    In this part-time permanent position the post-holder will be responsible for: the day-to-day management of applications; effectively deal with large volumes of daily incoming e-mails and post; database management; inputting application information; liaising with customers via the telephone; bulk processing of information; producing letters; dealing with general telephone enquiries; accurately raise invoices and credit notes; maintain files; reconcile regular reports. A fairly high proportion of the activity will involve paper based systems.

    Who we're looking for:
    We are looking for an experienced administrator who is able to deal with high volumes of work. The ideal candidate will be accurate and numerate and demonstrate a positive, professional manner. You must also have a confident telephone manner and be competent at using MS Word and Excel.

    Hours:
    22.5 hours per week, 4.5 hours daily (no break). 9.00 am to 1.30 pm (flexible as long as the start time is between 9am to 10.00 am).
