An excellent opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused individual to work for a national financial organisation that provide admirable employee welfare at their state of the art premises based in Wakefield.

Nationwide are looking to employ new members of staff from all customer service backgrounds and sectors. In return for your services Nationwide will pay you 7 per hour whilst you are a temporary member of staff Members of staff will work on a two-week rota:
Week 1: 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 (which will include a Saturday or a Sunday with a day off in the week)
Week 2: Mon - Fri 12-8
Successful candidates will possess a commitment to customer service with good communication skills and a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Duties will include taking inbound calls from customers dealing with a variety of queries relating to their current accounts including balance enquiries, transaction information and direct debit implementation.
- The position will also involve asking questions at the end of each call to obtain leads to pass on to the sales team.
