Temporary – Ongoing Assignment
Celsian Education (agy) are keen to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational year 5/6 Teacher for a rapidly improving West Yorkshire School. The post is ongoing and the school are keen to appoint ASAP.
The school is at an exciting stage of its development, having seen vast overall improvement in recent months and are keen to appoint a Teacher who will want to make a valuable contribution to all aspects of the school’s continuing improvement.
You will inherit a large class of 29 pupils. The children are enthusiastic and lively but must be engaged in order to work to their full potential. You will be joining the KS2 team who are hardworking and committed to raising standards and achievements of all the children.
You will be required to take full responsibility for all planning, preparation and marking but will have access to plenty of resources. You will also have at least one TA working with you in class.
You will be confident, creative & have the ability to drive all students to reach their full potential. You must be an excellent classroom practitioner and be experienced at managing poor behaviour. You must also demonstrate an element of passion towards teaching.
You will hold QTS (or UK NARIC equivalent), have experience of teaching within a UK primary school and have a full understanding of the national curriculum.
The school is based close to good road & rail links & is easily accessible from Bradford & parts of Calderdale.
