Implementing the prevailing group underwriting philosophy
Quality control of inbound case submissions and renewal and new business terms offered for Personal lines business
Dealing with written and verbal enquiries from the agency network
Reviewing of existing business
Maintaining paper files and computer records in relation to own cases
Personal Specification
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:
A commitment to the importance of good customer care
Have good oral and written communication skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work accurately and quickly
Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
Ability to meet challenging deadlines and department quality and service standards
Knowledge and experience of Personal line products
