Key Responsibilities with in the role include, to log new claims taking appropriate action within authority levels, to ensure the policyholder is advised of the correct policy cover ensuring they are advised immediately when no cover is in place. Authority level dependant on level of experience.
Applicants must have previous experience within a Household Claims environment, with any previous supervisory exposure being desirable.
