A major Insurance broker are looking for an individual to join their successful Sales and Service team.
You will be involved with Commercial Insurance clients, ensuring their current needs are being met by making outbound calls, ensuring all data on the office system is adequate and correct, as well as trying to make appointments for the external Sales team to go out and visit.
You will need to have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build excellent rapport over the telephone.
Attention to detail is required as well as the ability to plan and organise effectively.
Previous exposure to sales or spotting a sales opportunity would be a distinct advantage.
Ideally you will be from an Insurance background and have had exposure to similar tasks.
You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
