Have you worked within the Insurance industry before? Do you enjoy working to targets and earning rewards? Have you managed other sto sell effectively within the Insurance Industry?
Then this could be the job for you........
My client a well known Insurer are looking for individuals to lead teams of 10 motor Sales advisors, who have had a background working within the Insurance Industry, for their Halifax City Centre operation.
You will be required to drive team performance on a daily basis in order to sell appropriate Insurance and provide an excellent service.
You will be required to coach, appraise and motivate your team
You will have a background within the Insurance Industry having dealt with Motor or Household Insurances as well as Team Leader / Man - management experience
You will need to have a proven track of leading teams within making Outbound Calls and receiving Inbound calls.
Have a proven track record in driving performance in order for your team to reach and exceeding targets.
You will need to be fully FSA compliant and have sound IT skills and previous experience in using In-house databases.
