My client is seeking a professional receptionst/administrator to cover a 9 month contract in their legal offices based in Leeds city centre.
Your role:
Covering reception,
Meeting and greeting clients,
Managing meeting rooms,
Providing refreshments,
Holiday cover when required,
Managing petty cash,
Doing banking
E-mailing accounts dept. with details,
Opening and distributing DX and royal mail post.
Some other duties could be required such as closing and archiving of files.
The ideal candidate:
Must have reception experience
Have excellent people skills
Have administration experience
Be flexible to cover sickness and holidays
