    Title: Sales / Spare Parts Administrator Salary: £18,500

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales / Spare Parts Administrator for a leading organisation based in Normanton. A varied role the Administrator will be responsible for processing orders for spare parts and all related administration. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Administrator ideally with a manufacturing or engineering background.

    The Role:
    In this full-time permanent position the Sales / Spare Parts Administrator will be responsible for dealing with orders for spare parts. Responsibilities will include dealing with orders via fax or email; picking parts and preparing for despatch; arranging shipment of orders; arranging couriers; boxing up parts; stock management; invoicing; filing; liaising with clients and suppliers; and general administration duties.

    Who we're looking for:
    We are looking for an experienced Administrator ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background. Experience of Sage is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to work independently or in a team, whilst maintaining a proactive approach to work. Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner are essential along with good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Also the ability to produce reports, worksheets and other documentation is required.
