My client is seeking a Senior Advisor to work in their open plan offices in the centre of Wakefield.
Your role:
To work as an insurance advisor
To support your team leader
Ensure that targets are met
Be involved in team meetings
To stand in teh absence of your Team Leader
The ideal candidate:
Must have insurance experience
Must have people management experience
Have the confidence to lead
Have the ability to motivate a team
Have a proven track record with all the above.
