Faculty of Biological Sciences
IT Technician
Full-time, 35 hours per week
This post is available immediately to work within the Faculty IT support team. We are looking for an individual with experience in supporting Apple systems. This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team servicing a large Faculty with a variety of IT needs and services. The Faculty operates across a variety of platforms including Windows and UNIX based servers, Windows, LINUX, UNIX as well as Apple desktops. You will be qualified to at least HNC, equivalent or be able to show substantial experience in computing/IT support, have substantial experience in front line IT support in particular Apple systems, and also be experienced in Windows, LINUX operating systems and have a commitment to a career in IT support.
University Grade 5 (£20,226 - £23,449 p.a.)
