My client is a multi-national organisation with offices based in Leeds.
They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Development Manager to join the team. The main purpose of the role is to provide a range of development services to the Northern Region. Your responsibilities will include the following although this list is by no means the limit to the role requirements:
•Oversee and evaluate the quality of Management Development and Business Skills provision including needs analysis, design and development
•Responsibility for the implementation and resourcing of a range of Management Development offerings
•Devising and managing learning and development programmes
•One to one coaching of staff ranging in levels of seniority
•Managing Training Managers and Co-ordinators
•Managing compliance
•Managing the Region’s training budget
•Performance Management
You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have gained excellent Learning & Development experience from within large, complex organisations. The role will also require you to travel in order to build relationships between the Regional Offices
