Retail Banking Branch Manager
Permanent position
Based in Headingley
£20k-£24k+ Bonus
Do you have previous management experience?
Are you a strong leader and sales motivated?
Do you have experience within the banking or financial industry?
Working for a high street bank you will be responsible for the achievement of branch sales and customer service objectives, ensuring the branch operates in a compliant and efficient way through the development of a high performing team.
Applicants must have the ability to lead and develop an existing team of Customer Service Advisors, be sales focused and ensure that branch performance targets are met. Supervisory or management experience is essential along with banking or financial experience ewithin a customer facing or contact centre role.
