Working for a leading building society in their Head Office in Leeds City Centre a position has arisen for a HR Consultant.
Liaising with Managers regarding all recruitment and selection needs.
Assisting with and conducting recruitment testing
Ensuring that the Company is complying to all employment legislation, and the implentation of new employment legislation
Liasing with Managers on long term sickness issues
Conducting Exit interviews
Completion of all project work
Responsible for the recruitment and any ongoing employment issues
Applicants needs to be educated to degree standard or proven experience with HR/Personnel Field
Preferably part/fully CIPD qualified
Computer literate
Excellent communciation skills
