    To maintain the database in the core databases feeding the Oracle modules used throughout EMEA including the customer, supplier, item, Installed Base and Service Contracts Module. The departments function is to maintain the integrity and accuracy of these databases within pre-defined SLAs.Reporting into the Data Management Team Leader. No direct reports. Interfaces with all levels of Diebold field associates including in-country service teams, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. Responsible for all aspects of database administration, integrity reports and some management reporting. Also responsible for collation and maintenance of up-to-date service contract details on the Oracle system for EMEA countries. Assist Data Management team with daily updates in Oracle in accordance with requests from the business, to include the Customer, Supplier and Item databases. Creation of New Contracts on request as well as amending existing contracts. Maintaining the Service Contracts and Installed Base modules, ensure monthly invoicing of Service Contracts is done on a timely and accurate basis for all EMEA Entities. Assisting with data cleansing activities, to include manipulation of spreadsheets and updating of Oracle. Some creation and management of reports using Discoverer. Implementation of team recommendations for process improvements and problem resolution. Commitment to the successful operation of the key processes provided to the team. Active participation and attendance of team meetings. Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by line manager.Previous experience working in an office environment. Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to prioritise. Ability to use initiative. Ability to work as part of a team and within a shared service centre.
