Job Title: Deputy Service Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary: £23121.63 p.a. or £11.86 per hour (spine point 30/B5E).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Hospitaller Order is an international Religious Order providing health and social care to millions of sick, vulnerable and disadvantaged people in 52 countries throughout the world, working in collaboration with 45,000 its co-workers and health professionals.
Currently we support over 1000 vulnerable people across Great Britain: people with learning and physical disabilities, mental health conditions, elderly Religious, people who are homeless, people who have difficulties with drug and alcohol abuse, migrants who are vulnerable to homelessness and victims of sex-trafficking. There are no limits.
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager –
The primary duties of this role will be to ensure the people using the services are provided with the individual support necessary to enable them to develop skills and enhance their quality of life either at home or in the community. Also to deputise for the Service Manager and work alongside them to ensure that the service meets the aims and objectives set.
Other key responsibilities include a variety of tasks within Service, Finance and People Management, along with general expectations of any individual working within the organisation.
This role would suit an individual with proven post registration nursing experience and must hold RNMH/ RGN (1st level registration) and current NMC registration. Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be confident, patient and able to work as part of a team.
