Who are Rilwood Associates Ltd?
We are a young, ethical, successful and expanding recruitment company, currently ranked in the top 2% for the fastest growing business in the UK, specialising in placing sales and senior management positions across a range of vertical markets. Building on our current success we have opened an office in Leicester and are currently looking to recruit both new and experienced recruitment consultants alike.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for proactively marketing candidates and achieving monthly revenue targets. The long term prospects for successful consultants are second to none as we are looking at you to be our future leaders. You should expect to be running a team of consultants within 18-24 months, and being a practice director in 36-48 months.
What are we looking for?
Although previous executive recruitment experience is ideal, we are seeking applications from you first and foremost. Previous sales experience is preferential as is telemarketing although if you are proactive and committed to improving your standard of living we would be more than happy to talk to you.

Apart from a competitive basic salary and a realistic uncapped commission, we offer a 2 week initial training program and continuous on the job training from our dedicated training staff. We are also committed to the personal growth of our consultants, with such options available as MBA’s, degrees and other qualifications.
We are also very interested to hear from recruitment professionals at all levels with experience of recruiting in a vertical market (such as business-to-business services, legal, medical / pharmaceutical, construction, FMCG - both food or non-food, finance, IT / telecoms, security, executive, logistics / supply chain, hospitality and education).
