Customer Service Admin Assistant Wakefield
1 Year Temporary Assignment
To work for a company with worldwide recognition. Our client is currently looking for a customer focused individual together with an administration background. You will be handling a range of different queries over the telephone and you will be responsible for ensuring customers' expectations are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer focused environment with excellent communication skills. You must be extremely organised, possess good time management skills and be able to work under pressure. You must have good copy typing skills and have a hands on approach to other tasks required. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel.
The working hours will be 8.30 - 5.00 Mon - Fri (37.5 hours) with an hour for lunch. Car parking facilities are provided. Pay rate is £7.50- £8.50 Per hour.
