Customer Service Adviser Wakefield
1 Year Temporary Assignment
Would you like to work for a leading worldwide brand in Wakefield?
We are currently looking for a customer focused individual to work within a friendly team. Handling a range of different queries over the telephone you will be responsible for ensuring customers' expectations are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer focused environment with excellent communication skills. You must be extremely organised, possess good time management skills and be able to work under pressure. You will also be required to have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel.
The working hours will be 8.30 - 5.00 Mon-Fri (37.5 hours) with an hour for lunch. Car parking facilities are provided. The pay rate ranges from £7.50 - £8.50 per hour.
