TELESALES MANAGER/SALES TEAM LEADER/SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: Huddersfield
Basic Salary £20,000
Commission - £40 - £45 + Benefits Package
Growing at a rapid rate, our client a market leader in Media Design and Publications needs a motivated and dynamic sales team leader to drive team performance. Candidates must understand and utilise man management to achieve success from individuals and the team as a whole.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
At least 12 months media sales experience
At least 12 months sales team leader/sales manager experience.
Proven sales ability/proven ability at hitting 100% of target.
Proven ability to motivate, lead a team and deliver results against target.
The Role
Build rapport/relationships with other internal departments to improve and implement any new process, which will help and develop the department’s activity and sales revenues.
Monitor team activity.
Compile sales reports and audit sales revenue for individual commissions on a monthly basis.
Conduct monthly reviews of individual performance.
Support and motivate team to achieve set targets.
Train and develop new/existing staff to a high standard.
