An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Business Processing Outsourcing organisation within the financial services arena as a Customer Experience Consultant temporary contract
Role Purpose
To maximise customer loyalty for the Investors by providing excellent customer service; quickly building rapport and ensuring that all customers are effectively informed of the key features of the options available to them to support their decision making; demonstrating brand behaviour and exceeding customer expectations wherever possible.
The successful candidate will hold the following Skills
•A good working knowledge of the Mortgage/financial services sector or a 2:1 in Maths or economics
•Polite and professional telephone manner.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Have meticulous attention to detail
