Customer Service operative / advisor, administrator, customer service co-rdinator required due to expansion within the company.
Our client provide a comprehensive solution to energy performance requirements for the residential, commercial and public sector. They have a range of products they can offer projects from a strategic and considered conception to a satisfactory completion.
The role would be to handle customer requests for their testing services, reconcile demand with available resources, maintain and update their in house computer system, issue instructions to test engineers, handle problems or complaints, resolve queries, etc.
The ideal candidate needs to be a people person but assertive, with good written and verbal skills, accurate administration, and be able to work under pressure.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30pm.
