My client is a well established, successful financial company, have an exciting opportunity to join their fantastic fast paced company.
The ideal candidate for the role as Insolvency Administrator will have office experience gained within finance or accounting environment or have up to 1 years insolvency experience. All applicants for the role as Insolvency Administrator must also be proficient in the use of most Windows based programs. Although not essential, some experience of using the IPS system would be an advantage.
Responsibilities to include:
*Case ownership of personal insolvency cases
*Handling of land registry tasks
*Responding to enquiries by phone and written from debtors and creditors
*Annual reports to debtor, creditors and court
*Compliance Review of cases
*Dividend distribution
*Compilation of annual reports to creditors & client - Includes ensuring terms of proposal and any modifications to proposal has been adhered to.
*Annual review of income and expenditure account
*Monitoring and calculating of arrears
*Responding to enquiries by phone and written correspondence
