Our client a boutique hotel based in Leeds city centre is looking for a Human Resources Manager to manage the hotel and bar.
You will be responsible for general day to day HR issues for up to 50 employees including
*Responsibility for the full recruitment process including compiling job descriptions, interviewing through to offer and induction
*Working in accordance with legislation in all matters related to HR
*Making sure that all policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
*Responsible for managing the disciplinary and grievance procedures.
*Appraisals and training.
*Advising and managing any benefits, holidays or salary increases.
*Any other HR duties required by the hotel.
You must have previous experience working at HR Advisor level or above and have worked within a hotel environment within HR. Ideally you will have or be working towards your CIPD but this is not essential.
