An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant working in a busy manufacturing environment. The position is primarily to recruit for factory based operatives which will a varied role but will include registering candidates, induction training, placing candidates on assignment and ensuring daily requirements for shift operations are achieved / maintained.
Previous experience within recruitment preferred although in-house training will be given. A motivated attitude and a relationship building personality are essential for this role with a professional outlook, and a high degree of flexibility required.
