A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a worldwide retail company in central Leeds. My Client is looking for Customer Service advisors for a period of 6 months to work in there Contact Centre. The ideal candidate must have worked in a customer service environment previously either over the telephone or face to face. Duties include:
Dealing with incoming calls
Liaising with Clients over the telephone
Resolving queries
Accurately inputting information
Following up on any issues
Juggle many activities at once
This position will include shift work and you will be expected to work either a Saturday or Sunday due to customer demands.
