An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Client Relationship Administrator to work within a reputable pensions specialist company based in Leeds on a two year contract.
The purpose of the role is to manage Client accounts and relationships, ensuring that existing business is developed and maintained. Support the team in developing and maintaining partnerships with Clients in order to support their relationship with the Trust.
Basic duties include:-
- Responding to telephone queries concerning multi employer level schemes.
- Liaise with Clients, advising on all matters pertaining to the services and schemes.
- Initiate and present communications with Clients and members including reports.
- Work with other teams to ensure that appropriate information is provided and service standards maintained.
Experience required:-
- Ideally 2 years experience of occupational pension schemes.
- Knowledge of pension schemes (DB, DC CARE).
- PMI qualified.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions legislation.
- Basic knowledge of investment strategy and actuarial principles.
Desirable skills:-
- Able to think through the effects of actions and plans.
- Understand Business Risk and Health & Safety.
- Knowledge and experience of Prince2 project planner, desirable.
- Knowledge of Outlook.
- TPTs financial processes.
- Negotiating SLAs and other aspects of pension provision at the individual and employer level.
- A good level of customer care, team worker, professionalism and communication skills.
- Experience of working in customer focused environments.
- Ability to communicate and influence.
- Able to give effective presentations.
- Achieves targets, high productivity and work quality.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Able to set high standards for self.
- Demonstrates high quality work and self motivation.
