4 x Procurement Administrators required to join a market leading organisation in North Leeds. This is a great opportunity for you to join the start up of a new project in an expanding company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Receive details of business requirements for goods and services, create orders and track the progress.
· To use internal and external systems to generate and manage orders.
· To maintain correct stock levels
· To order parts from external suppliers by phone, fax or email.
· To ensure all goods/services are delivered to the correct location.
· To track and monitor advance replacements.
· Ensure parts that have been delivered and goods receipted
· To ensure that you understand, and comply with all Company policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety.
· To contribute to the teamwork ethic within the department by assisting colleagues and other teams as and when required.
· To assist in the training and induction of new members of staff where required
For the role you will ideally have some procurement administration experience including ordering processes and liaising with external suppliers. You will also need to be able to produce and maintain spreadsheets, create letters and correspondence and ideally have experience of administration functions within a supply chain environment.
