Telesales, outbound telesales, telesales advisor required for our client in Wakefield.
To maximise sales conversion by selling both personal line policies and additional products in line with our business targets, through outbound telephone calls. However where call patterns dictate demonstrate the ability to successfully switch to inbound ad-hoc
Key Objectives
ØTo maximise sales income, conversion & cross selling opportunities in adherence with objectives
ØTo meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
ØCommunicate confidently and effectively with customers on queries including resolution of customers concerns to prevent escalation and ensure customer retention
ØTo be aware of and comply with the rules & requirements of FSA
ØSupport less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise
ØTo develop self in order to maximise personal contribution to the job
General Duties and Tasks
ØTo deal effectively and professionally with outbound telephone calls in line with company standards
ØAchieve personal outbound sales targets
ØAchieve personal X-sell targets
ØTo deal effectively and professionally with inbound calls when call levels fluctuate
ØAdherence to FSA and other regulatory and compliance regulations
ØAdherence to quality procedures
ØReferral point for less experienced team members on technical and system queries

The hours of work are 11-8pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota.
