Supply Chain Administrator
Leeds
£17,000 - £20,000 per annum
A vacancy exists with our client based within Leeds City Centre.
Working from the Retail customer's Head Office, you will represent your employer as the main company representative on a daily basis within the internal retail supply team.
You will manage all supply communication, provide analysis of supply forecasts and support group processes whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the retailer itself
A key focus of this role will be to identify and implement suppy chain initiatives to improve supplier performance
Analysing store waste spend and implementing changes and improvements
Evaluate any exceptions and set targets accordingly.
You will be resolving issues when applicable and communicating corrective actions to all levels, internally and externally
Essential Requirements
The candidate must be highly numerate with excellent PC skills, particularly confident with the use of MS Excel
Desirable
It would be advantageous if the candidate had experience in an analytical role within a Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing or Logistics department. Especially within a Manufacturing environment
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm however, you may need to be flexible to meet business needs.
