    Customer Service Administrator / Customer Support Administrator

    This role is based in Cookridge, Leeds, LS16

    Salary and benefits: £15000 initially – rising to £16000 after probationary period,

    Temporary position, posibility of going permanent

    COMPANY INFORMATION:

    Our client is a national organisation which offer academic and vocational qualifications. They operate in the UK and Internationally and are widely recognised within the industry.

    YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    A dynamic, switched on personality with a can do attitude – you should also have at least two years experience in customer services or sales. You should be an excellent communicator and able to manage your workload. Furthermore, you must be prepared for occasional travel to various centres across the UK (paid for by the company) as part of the role

    ROLE INFORMATION:

    •To work to achieve agreed revenue targets against all of the key business priorities and against defined campaigns and products
    •To work in partnership with a CDM to provide coordinated internal sales activity to centres
    •To support field staff in business development for designated centres or campaigns
    •To provide advice, guidance and support to centres through direct contact and by follow on activity from field activity
    •To provide effective intelligence on the customer experience
    •To compile and collate key data requirements to support revenue targets
    •To support the Office Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the regional office.

    •Business Development: Working with the field team to promote the company and its services to defined centres using agreed strategies which maintain and support existing business and secure defined business growth.

    oAchieve and strive to surpass regional sales targets and campaign targets for maintenance and business growth in defined centres. Targets to be agreed by the Regional Manager
    oCollate information for region and identify key sectors / centres for potential business growth.
    oProvide accurate data to support sales targets.

    •Customer Service: Respond positively to all customer enquiries and ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed service levels. Ensure necessary product knowledge is maintained to ensure a high quality of customer services to centres.

    Administration: Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the effective operation of the regional office, including the support of regional training events. Maintain operating and information systems, records and reports as required. The post holder will be expected to have excellent IT skills in order to support the work of the regional team.

    Liaison: Facilitate the flow of information between the regional office and the field team and other departments within the company and with the external customers as necessary. Provide support within agreed parameters to other departments using the regional office.
