A leading executive search consultancy in their field are looking for an exceptional Researcher. This is not a position for a sales focused consultant role nor for somebody looking for their way in to a sales focused consultant role. The position offers a career path within executive level research, for an process driven analytical researcher. However if you have a search background and are keen to go into this area as a researcher you will have an excellent understanding of the role.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
•Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Enthusiasm
•Strong work ethic
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING
Role Information:
•Supporting partners and senior colleagues to deliver executive search campaigns.
•Preparing and researching background information and developing pitch presentations, writing proposals
•Preparing formal weekly assignment updates
•Working on marketing initiatives for business developments
•Taking references and attending interviews
•Liaise with technical assessors
