Collections Executive

Do you have previous collections experience?
Are you self motivated and target driven?
Do you have a strong telephone manner and negotiation skills?
Working for a market leader in debt recovery you will be working as part of a team to provide a complete debt recovery service to clients, incorporating pre-legal, trace and legal solutions. You will be acting on and responding to incoming post from debtors, third party solicitors and clients, making and receiving calls to debtors and negotiating to achieve the quickest level of recovery. You will communicate at all levels both verbally and through written correspondence, manage case loads, achieving targets and deadlines.
