§ Answering incoming calls
§ Setting up meeting rooms
§ Typing and data entry
§ Faxing, filing and photocopying
§ Printing and scanning
§ Binding of documents
§ Meeting and greeting
§ Producing presentations
§ All other ad hoc administration as required
Our client are seeking somebody with a confident, hardworking attitude with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate on all levels. You will also need to have knowledge of MS Office packages.
The role offers a starting salary of c£9000 + industry leading benefits and progression.
