Providing full life cycle services to Housing Associations, Educational Bodies, Charities and the voluntary sector our client thrives on delivering exceptional comprehensive services throughout the UK.
You will support Account Managers and the Client Relationship Manager in the coordination of services to specified clients. To ensure that existing business is developed and maintained in a smooth and efficient manner. From an occupational pensions background ideally you will have knowledge of DB, DC Care and related schemes. Self-motivated and driven you must have a desire to embrace changes at all level and maintain the service levels currently adhered to. Customer focused and professional experience of delivering fantastic customer services is essential. Therefore any experience within SLAs and project planning is highly advantageous.
