The role
Providing support for the whole of the administration function
Dealing with document storage
Scanning and electronic filing of office documents
Back up support to service co-ordination team
Debt recovery
Meter readings
Taking incoming calls and referring messages to the correct internal staff
The experience required
You will have 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C
You will have at least 6 months previous customer service experience
