The Role
Currently my client is looking to recruit an office assistant who will support 3 areas of the business
The main duties of the role are: -
To undertake the filing for the team
To ensure all post is distributed both internally and externally in line with the house standard
Covering Reception on Lunch hours and answering calls/ taking messages
Making refreshments
Setting up board rooms and meeting rooms
Typing letters
The Person Specification
The role is suited to an individual with the desire to expand into an office-based environment.
The candidate must be literate and numerate and will ideally have grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English
The candidate must display an abundance of common sense.
The candidate must be computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Packages
The candidate must have basic keyboard skills
