THE ROLE
A SQL Database Administrator (DBA) is required to assist in the management of our Client's data infrastructure, based in Nottingham. In addition to the administration of a SQL Database estate, the successful Candidate will be designing and implementing SQL Server's BI technologies (Integration Services, Reporting Services and Analysis Services), carrying out high availability planning and reviewing/improving existing processes, procedures and infrastructure.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The successful Candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a Computer or Mathematics related subject, will have achieved a Microsoft Database accreditation (MCDBA, MCITP, MCTS) and possesses demonstrable SQL Server 2005 experience as a Database Administrator (DBA).
