A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading Law firm based in Leeds city centre. You will be working within the accident and injury department.
The role:
· Undertaking a range of duties provided by the team
· Liaising with clients and 3rd parties to obtain accurate details of Road Traffic Accidents in an efficient and effective manner to specific deadlines
· Communicating with a number of different organisations to obtain certain details relating to cases. Inputting these details using a case management system, to create files and documents for Solicitors within the firm
· Case file management to ensure maximum sales potential for the business.
· Verifying data for accuracy and completeness
· Inputting accurate data to stringent deadlines
· Inputting new files on the system, as well as carrying out searches on existing files
· Providing the highest standard of service to clients and 3rd parties at all time
The Candidate:
· You will have excellent communication and persuasion skills
· You must have exceptional attention to detail
· You will have accurate data inputting skills and be competent on MS programmes
· You will be an organised individual and have a proficient working practice
· You will have an exceptional sense of initiative
· Ideally you will have work experience in a similar environment.
