A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Process Auditor to join a leading Law firm based in Leeds city centre. You will be working 3 days per week and must be willing to travel twice per month to another location in the UK (travel costs will be covered).
The role:
· Reviewing the quality and pro-activity of the files against service level agreements with the insurance company clients.
· Complete audits on aged analysis/expired process and closed files.
· Assisting the Technical Manager in the maintenance and compliance with external provider service level agreements.
· Complete monthly Technical Quality audits in compliance with prescribed audit documentation and submit the results on a monthly basis to the Technical Manager.
The candidate:
· You will have personal injury experience within the insurance/legal sector
· You must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work as part of a team both
· You must have excellent keyboard skills and be proficient with MS Word and Excel.
· Ideally you will have experience with IT based case management systems.
