A rare opportunity has arisen within a Multi-National Broker based in Wakefield requires a Senior MTA advisor for their Call Centre operation, as this position is usually filled internally.
You will be a in a pivotal position between the Mid-Term Adjustment Advisors and Team Leader. You will be first point of contact for any technical or complaint queries, also you will manage team in the absence of the Team Leader so strong interpersonal skills are required.
You must be confident to communicate at all levels, have a previous experience within a Personal Lines Broker/Insurer with confidence to make a decision and keep cool under pressure. You also must have a first class complaints handling ability as customer focus is a priority within the company.
