Fantastic part time permanent positions to join a leading financial organisation based in Leeds city centre. You'll be dealing with inbound and outbound calls from customers who have fallen into arrears with their credit cards. Through effective communication, you will then collect the arrears where possible or set up payment plans with the customer if they can't pay the arrears off in full. If you're target driven, thrive off a challenge and have first rate communication skills, this could be just what you're looking for. Training is provided and the working hours will be over evenings and weekends.
