ESSENTIAL SKILLS
*Excellent communication and influencing skills.
*IT literate.
*Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Previous collections or recoveries experience is highly advantageous but not essential
*If you have previously worked in a Customer Service role where you have undertaken up-selling or cross selling, this will also be highly advantageous
*Telesales or sales experience is also desirable but not essential

THE PACKAGE
*Hours: 9am - 5:15pm with 45 min break across varying shifts.
*£15,000 rising to £18750 + up to £1000 per month uncapped commission
*Free car parking.

HOURS OF WORK
*3 shifts - 11.45am to 8.00pm
*2 shifts - 08.00am to 4.15pm
*1 Saturday in 4 - 8am to 12pm (this is contractual and is worked on a rota basis)
*45 minutes for lunch every day
*2 weeks induction training

THE ROLE IN DEPTH
*Managing your own caseload of accounts to recover outstanding payments on behalf of blue chip organisations.
*Review delinquent accounts to determine the best possible resolution.
*Contact delinquent customers and assertively communicate to obtain payment promises from debtors.
*Follow-up on payment promises to secure on-going arrangements and firmly re-negotiate with debtors who have broken payment plans.
