Our client is looking for a reservations team member to join their city centre site. Located close to the city walls and within a 5 minutes walk of the city centre. Our client is situated within an ideal location.
Job Role
- To take room reservations by phone, letter, fax, Internet, GDS, and assist the Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager in maximising hotel occupancy and rate.
Responsibilities
- To conduct a 1 day, 7 day, and 21 day review of advance reservations.
- To manage allocations and allotments, releasing commitments that are no longer required.
- To prepare daily files for reception with details of the days expected arrivals.
- To prepare a weekly room forecast with details of group bookings and their requirements.
Skills
