Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for a German Field Sales Liaison to join our busy Export Sales team.
The Role will consist of:
Motivating German Surveyors to achieve and exceed set targets.
Reviewing and monitoring Surveyor performance on a regular basis.
Regular liaison throughout the day with the Surveyors to assist in closing deals and taking orders.
Coaching and developing the Surveyors in sales techniques and objection handling.
The role is office based in Steeton, West Yorkshire. There may be a small amount of travel to Germany involved for Surveyor Training Roadshows.
The successful candidate:
Must be able to speak German to a native level.
Must have a good understanding of Field Sales.
Must have a proven track record and a desire to succeed.
