THE COMPANY
Well established global engineering company based in Sheffield, manufacturing precision metal components due to continued success the company are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.
THE ROLE
*To maintain all plant and machinery.
*Ensure they are safe and efficient.
*Supervise all site services.
*Co-ordinate security.
*Responsible for all site services, electricity, gas, compressed air, water, heating, air conditioning etc.
*As breakdowns occur your responsibility is make sure any production equipment is back up and running in a timely manner
*Responsible for building and surrounds
*Keeping machinery in efficient working order
*Develop plan for Preventative Maintenance
*Dealing with contractors, for both building and equipment repairs/services.
*Maintain plant listings and co-ordinate plant movements, internally and between sites
*To manage group under your control, thus ensuring efficient use of manpower and helping production to meet customer needs
*Observe Health and Safety Regulations within working areas.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*You must have experience in a similar role
*You must have experience in the maintenance of plant and machinery
*Preventative Maintenance
*Dealing with breakdowns
*Dealing with site services
THE PACKAGE
*£24k + £28k
*A company Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.
