This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join a leading organisation based in Wakefield. An exciting and varied role you will be responsible for promoting and developing the company's business and working practices through the production of marketing materials. The Role:
In this full-time permanent position the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for promoting and developing the organisation's business and working practices internally and externally. Responsibilities will include developing and producing marketing literature, company newsletters and other literature; co-ordinating and providing information to a PR third party supplier; developing and implementing internal training material; assisting with the launch of new products; implementing, undertaking and developing customer satisfaction surveys; and implementing and maintaining a customer complaint procedure. In addition to this you will be monitoring and chasing up feedback on sponsorships; identifying, developing and producing marketing opportunities to build growth within chosen sectors; undergo training as required and any other duties as requested by the management team.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for someone with previous marketing experience and the ability to design and produce artwork. The ideal candidate will have experience of liaising with external PR companies and the ability to provide excellent customer care. You must have good IT skills.
