My Client, based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, is looking to recruit an ICM Qualified Credit Manager to join their well established Cash Collections team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:-
- Leading, training and motivating a team of 4.
- Managing the collection of high volume small transactions.
- Co-ordinating litigation issues in respect of debt recovery.
- Assisting in the implementation of credit control software.
- Ensuring cash targets are allocated appropriately.
- Customer liaison.
It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive the team forward.
You will have had solid experience in a similar role, along with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Please note that the location is not accessible by public transport.
