Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the internal sales team based at our Leeds office.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Account management of existing end-user customers to build lasting commercial relationships
Prospecting for up and cross selling opportunities within accounts
Liaison with the partner team to manage accounts of selected reseller partners
Occasional prospecting for new business
Candidates should posses the following skills and experience:
Previous sales experience
Confident and friendly telephone manner
The ability to explain in simple terms complex products and ideas
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
The following experience would be beneficial:
Educated to graduate level, with a willingness to learn new concepts
Basic understanding of computers and networks
Use of CRM Applications (SalesForce or SugarCRM)
