Location: Todmorden
Salary: £28K per annum
COMPANY
Our working partner is the world leader in their field. Based in the North West of England they are a well established company that is growing year on year.
THE ROLE
Maximise profit to the company by;
i)Efficient control of major sub-contractors for on time delivery of technical documentation and equipment
ii)Effective liaison with all departments to ensure timely execution of the contract
iii)Ensure that the requirements of the Contract are met, whilst maintaining maximum profitability.
iv)Identifying variations/ changes to contract that impact on delivery time and price and negotiating such changes with the customer.
Maintain effective customer relations in all aspects of Contract Management.
Control the submittal and approval of all necessary technical documentation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Quality experience for and extended period in a commercial engineering environment, preferably with rotating equipment and working knowledge on the running of Commercial Contracts for heavy engineering equipment up to value £1m / £2m.
*Experience of handling Contracts for major engineering equipment essential.
*Knowledge of centrifugal pump operation an advantage
*Knowledge of Project Planning / Scheduling (SAP knowledge an advantage)
*Good knowledge of IT systems and software (Microsoft Project very advantageous)
*Experience of dealing with major customers
*Fluent English (written and spoken)
THE PACKAGE
Salary is £28K per annum.
